As General Manager at Highley Manor, I work closely with department leaders, guiding the day-to-day running of the manor, ensuring everything flows seamlessly and our high standards are always upheld. From nurturing and developing our wonderful teams to coordinating resources and helping drive new ideas and improvements, my role is all about creating an environment where exceptional service feels effortless and every celebration feels truly special.
My favourite part of Highley Manor will always be the people who make it shine. The Manor itself is breathtaking, set in beautiful countryside, but it’s the warmth, passion, and dedication of our team that gives it its heart. Every member of staff pours their energy into making each couple’s day unforgettable, and I’m endlessly proud to be a part of such a caring, talented, and inspiring group.

Lead Coordinator
My part in your love story
In my role as Lead Wedding Coordinator, I am responsible for myself and my team in overseeing all aspects of planning, organising and executing weddings to ensure a seamless and memorable event for the couple and their guests.
The best thing that I have ever seen at a wedding is individual paper flower centrepieces made by the couple – each table was a different flower (i.e. rose, lily, geranium etc.) and printed on the paper was lyrics to their first dance song. It looked amazing and it was so personal!

Hello! I am Yvette and I am a Wedding Coordinator here at the beautiful Highley Manor! As a Wedding Coordinator, I manage every detail of your big day to ensure everything runs smoothly and stress-free! From overseeing supplier arrivals and setting up your ceremony and reception spaces, to keeping the timeline on track and solving any last-minute surprises. Essentially, I act as the go-to person behind the scenes. My goal is to create a seamless experience so that the couple and their loved ones can focus on celebrating.
My favourite part of the wedding day is the moment just before the ceremony begins – when everything quiets down for a second and I see the anticipation and emotion in the couple’s faces. It’s a powerful reminder of why I love what I do!

I will guide you through your planning journey, right from our initial meeting to the magical day itself!
One of my favourite parts of your wedding day is the transition from the afternoon’s festivities into your evening celebrations. In my experience, there’s no better way to get your guests on the dance floor than with a bit of Whitney Houston “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” never fails to lift the energy, guests can’t help but get up and dance. Hello I’m Sarah, Wedding Coordinator and the newest member of the Highley Manor team.
This truly feels like a dream role, and I’m lucky to be part of such a wonderful team. From my very first meeting with you through to your wedding day, I’m here to help make the journey feel effortless, calm, and truly special.
I love bringing together all the little details that transform a wedding into something unforgettable. I will be present for you, answering questions, offering reassurance and reaching into my toolbox for a quick fix behind the scenes.
With a background in floristry and a creative eye for detail, I support couples as they plan their day with a subtle French touch along the way.
Caring for your guests is something I genuinely value, ensuring everyone feels welcomed, at ease and ready to join in the celebrations!!
I do have a few favourite moments during the day, but the “first look” will always be one of them. I’m a romantic at heart, so you’ll often find me with a tissue ready!

I’m Lucie, Wedding Coordinator, problem-solver and your behind-the-scenes cheerleader! From our final details meeting to sending you down the aisle, I’m with you every step of the way to ensure your wedding is stress-free, fun and unforgettable!
I’ll be there to fluff the dresses, cue the music, guide the wedding party, and send you down the aisle with a calm confidence and most likely a happy tear or two. I work closely with your suppliers, manage the timeline, keep everything running smoothly and handle the details you didn’t even know needed handling!
One of my all-time favourite table favours has to be when the couple had personalised key-rings of their cat for every guest! It was absolutely adorable, so hilarious and hands down one of the most unique and personal touches I’ve ever seen!
Jessi Hollens

Hi, I’m Jessi, one of the Wedding Consultants here at Highley Manor and I’m here to help you every step of the way as you consider tying the knot with us.
One of my favourite things about Highley Manor is that it’s exclusively yours on your wedding day. You won’t have to share the venue with anyone else, which means your celebration can be completely unique and truly personal. I also love the views from the Pavilion! It is absolutely breathtaking and the perfect spot to say “I do.” You really have to visit to see just how picturesque our location is, we hope to see you soon!

As a Wedding Consultant, I am one of the first people you meet when planning your special day! I love hearing about your ideas and helping you visualise your dream wedding. From bouncy castles to champagne towers, I can help answer any questions you may have and offer guidance on our packages. Planning a wedding can feel very overwhelming, so our aim is to take the stress away so you can enjoy the whole lead-up!
I got married at Highley Manor myself prior to working here. It is such a unique setting, with incredible food, an amazing team, beautiful rooms and everything you could need for an unforgettable day. I can’t wait to show you around!

Duty Manager
My part in your love story
As a Duty Manager at Highley Manor, I work closely with our Wedding Coordinators and Operations Manager to ensure every detail is communicated clearly and the day runs smoothly from start to finish. In the evenings, we take the lead – overseeing the celebration, supporting our couples, and making sure their night is everything they dreamed of.
I also support our front-of-house team through training and guidance, helping maintain our high standards while keeping the venue clean, welcoming, and running like clockwork. From managing the bar and cooking the evening buffet to ensuring dietary needs are met, we coordinate closely with every department to create a seamless experience.
What I love most is seeing our couples truly enjoy their evening surrounded by loved ones, celebrating in a space we’ve helped bring to life. From the moment we arrive to the final handover to our night porter, we’re there to make their day as special as it can be and that’s what makes this job so rewarding.

As Reception Manager, I play a key role in supporting the planning and seamless execution of each wedding. My primary focus is on the administrative details -assisting couples with their guest lists and room allocations, and ensuring every request, big or small, is handled with care and precision.
My favourite part of working here is seeing each couple’s individuality come to life on their special day – from their chosen décor and styling, to the personal touches that reflect who they are as a couple. It’s a privilege to witness those joyful, heartfelt moments that make each wedding so unique and unforgettable. I also adore the incredible team – we all work collaboratively together so well, despite no two days ever being the same!

As Maintenance Manager at Highley Manor, I look after the estate’s upkeep and smooth day-to-day operations – making sure everything behind the scenes runs safely, efficiently, and beautifully. With a background in engineering, I handle most repairs in-house and take pride in keeping the venue in top condition, ready for each special celebration.
I work closely with our wonderful gardening team to ensure the grounds stay picture-perfect for outdoor ceremonies. I’m also passionate about sustainability and always looking for ways to improve how we use energy and resources. Highley Manor is full of history and charm, and I’m proud to help preserve its character while ensuring it remains the perfect setting for your love story.

As Head Chef at Highley Manor, I oversee the daily running of the kitchen – leading the team, ensuring top quality and safety, and creating menus that suit each couple’s special day. From sourcing ingredients to designing dishes, I’m passionate about delivering food that’s memorable and full of flavour.
My favourite dishes? Starter: pork & duck rillette. Main: cornfed chicken or pork belly. Dessert: strawberry gateau – always a crowd-pleaser!
