What is your favourite dish on the menu!?
Gemma: Fillet of Sussex beef, dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal vegetables, mushroom sauce
Lynne: Fillet of Beef and Mushroom Sauce and Crumble and Custard
Samantha: Raspberry and white chocolate creme brulee with shortbread biscuit
Yvette: Fillet of Sussex beef, dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal vegetables, mushroom sauce
What is your favourite first dance song?
Gemma: You & Me – Lifehouse
Lynne: At Last – Etta James
Samantha: Yellow – Coldplay
Yvette: I’ve had the time of my life – Bill Medley – ESPECIALLY IF THE COUPLE DO THE LIFT!!!!
If you manage a sneaky taste of the wedding cake, what is your favourite flavour?
Gemma: Victoria Sponge
Lynne: Biscoff with a caramel buttercream
Samantha: Lemon and white chocolate
Yvette: Chocolate!
What are your favourite colour schemes for weddings at Highley Manor?
Gemma: Terracotta and anything autumnal!
Lynne: Cream and Gold decor with very bright colourful flowers
Samantha: Sage Green
Yvette: Sage Green – so dreamy!
What is the most memorable wedding décor you have seen?
Gemma: an April wedding had very neutral colours, champagne and creams – absolutely beautiful!!
Lynne: Grave stone, skulls and the bride wore black
Samantha: Disney wedding with Disney everything
Yvette: This wasn’t at Higley Manor but at The Ravenswood – I did a wedding that was completely Monty Python themed! (Google it, you will find it!)
